It started in our R&D lab with a focused brief: build armor that you forget you’re wearing, until the moment you need it.

The answer came from advanced impact-resistant materials. In everyday riding, Omega armor stays flexible. It moves with your body and breathes well through long commutes. But when impact force hits, the material responds in an instant. Its structure locks up and turns rigid, spreading the force and absorbing energy before it reaches you. Once the impact passes, it relaxes and flexes again.

We shape these materials using 3D moulding. This lets us control thickness, contours, and ventilation channels precisely, placing protection where the body needs it and removing weight where it doesn’t. The result is armor that fits closer, weighs less, and still protects.

Omega is developed in India, made in India, and tested and certified under relevant CE standards

In those tests, Omega has been certified to deliver and exceed EN 1621 requirements for impact protection.
